Our Signature Design Process
Phase I

After the discovery call we’ll schedule a paid consultation where we will walk the space together, we’ll make notes, take quick measurements, talk all things budget, design goals and aesthetic and answer your questions.
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a tailored design fee proposal for your review.
Phase II

After you’ve accepted our proposal, we’ll invite you to join a private Pinterest board to start capturing your style and inspiration. We’ll also schedule a time for you to meet our team and we’ll take photos and detailed measurements and review the full scope of work. We’ll also coordinate with the trade partners you have hired to go over any details that overlap. We want to make sure every detail is thoughtfully considered before diving into the design process.

You’ll meet with our design team via Zoom as we walk you through the initial design concepts, floor plans, and preliminary project pricing, setting the stage for an open discussion. This meeting is where we make sure every detail reflects your vision and that we're all on the same page before moving forward with the specific design selections that will truly bring your space to life.

Here’s where you see how we have brought your vision to life! You’ll receive a carefully curated design package, including drawings with wall treatments, floor plans, millwork details, and more. You’ll also receive detailed product lists and physical samples of materials, fabrics, and finishes, so you can see and feel how everything comes together. All that’s left is for you to give each selection the thumbs up!
Phase III

Now that you’ve approved the finalized design and product selections, we will place and manage the orders. We’ll work closely with your contractor and trade vendors to make sure every detail of our design comes to life. And, of course, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
When we are ready to install your project we’ll contact you to schedule the installation.

Our team reviews the completed space and rectifies any deficiencies. All accounts are reconciled and the client is presented with the project binder.
